Experience in building homes is not a requirement to help with home construction projects, however if you do have skills it is very helpful for us to know so we may schedule work assignments.

SKILL LEVEL 1 = Highly skilled, able to oversee and train others

SKILL LEVEL 2 = Some experience, able to use tools and equipment

SKILL LEVEL 3 =No skill at present, but willing to learn
